Camp Thornapple: Hand-Knitting

Create the perfect knit pumpkin fall decor using yarn, filling and some toppers! First, you'll learn how to knit the perfect pumpkin using nothing but your hands. Then, stuff it to give it some poof! Last, you'll create a stem using twigs and other craft supplies to finish off the look. If you catch on quickly, you'll be able to make a couple different pumpkins! No previous experience needed, however it is helpful!

Registration opens for this class on May 1st and will close one week before the start date of the class.

Payment for the class needs to be submitted minimum one week prior to the class unless something special is worked out with the Director of Children's Ministry. If you have not paid, we have the right to give up your child's spot to someone on the waitlist. We accept cash or check (made out to Thornapple Community Church). If your child can no longer attend, we ask for as much notice as possible. Money will be returned if it has not already been used to purchase your child's supplies for the class. Students who sign up for any one class before June 1st will receive a free Camp Thornapple t-shirt.
